In this training, you will:

1.Learn exclusive choreographies created only for the closed group (not taught in open classes).

2.Gain a deep insight into my personal training methods—what has helped me, the tools I use daily, and my evolving perspective as I continue to travel, train, and grow in my own journey.

3.Receive personalized feedback—both during the sessions and afterwards in individual conversations about your dance journey, goals, and relationship with dance.

4.Benefit from an intimate group dynamic, with a maximum of 10 spots per group.

Due to very high demand, I’ve decided to open another round of Intermediate Closed Group Training.

This training is designed mainly for dancers at the intermediate level. But of course, the question is: what exactly is “intermediate”? Levels are a spectrum, not a fixed line, but here’s a guide to help you see if this training fits you:

•You feel comfortable in intermediate classes, but the moment you step into an advanced class, you feel completely overwhelmed.

•You already go to advanced classes regularly, but your body still isn’t fully used to the pace and challenge.

•You don’t yet feel ready to step into advanced classes, but you want a safe space to learn and experience advanced-level choreography.

No matter which of these fits you, the Intermediate Series is structured with you in mind. I’ll be teaching choreographies that I normally teach (or have taught) in advanced classes, but within the closed group format, we’ll have more time, more focus, and more space for your body to adapt and really work through challenging pieces.

Along the way, I’ll share tips, tricks, and perspectives that have supported me in my own dance journey. You’ll also receive individualized feedback to help you understand what might be holding you back and how to move past it.

And sometimes, it’s simply about training. Once you’ve experienced these choreographies in a closed group setting and realize they are not “impossible,” you’ll maybe find the confidence to step into open advanced classes without holding yourself back.
