Everything You Need to Know

Registration & Payment

No pre-registration is required. You can simply drop by our dance studio without signing up in advance.

If it’s your first time at the studio or your first time attending a particular class, please let the front desk know so you can get the trial class rate.
You can find our current prices [here].

If you enjoy dancing with us and would like to come more regularly, we recommend either the Empire Card (5-class pass) or our Flatrate, which gives you access to all regular classes for one month.

If you need help finding the right option for you, we are happy to assist you in person at the studio.

Class Times & Punctuality

The front desk opens at least 30 minutes before the class starts, so you’re welcome to come a bit earlier.

For some classes, there may be queues due to high demand. We recommend arriving 15–25 minutes before the class begins, so we have enough time to check you in and you can get changed comfortably before the class starts.

Starting on time helps create a smooth experience for everyone.

What to Bring / Wear

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
Footwear depends on the dance style:

  • Indoor sneakers

  • Heels for Heels classes

  • Barefoot

Don’t forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated!

Course Overview & Levels

As of 2025, we offer 14–16 classes per week. This depends on the availability of our teachers. Occasionally, instructors may have to cancel on short notice due to illness, for example, or need to be substituted. We recommend checking the schedule shortly before each visit.

Our schedule shows which style or style mix is being taught and the corresponding level.

The levels we currently offer are:

  • Beginners

  • Intermediate

  • Int/Adv – Intermediate/Advanced

  • Open

In Open-level classes, all levels are welcome. However, we want to point out that although beginners are welcome, this is not a beginners’ class.

The listed levels are meant as a guideline. We do not assign students to a specific level or restrict which levels they are allowed to attend.

However, we recommend attending classes where you can follow along or at most struggle only slightly. This helps us maintain the pace of instruction, especially in more advanced dance classes.
